What do they have in common?

An ‘attached home’ can be a duplex, rowhouse or townhouse, triplex, fourplex. The homes are joined by a common wall, usually with access to the outside and a small yard area. No Strata Fees!

Duplex, Rowhouse, Triplex, Fourplex owners own the land on which the home sits. Each unit is a separate legal entity, and the homeowners are responsible for the maintenance of the building and the land. North Vancouver Duplex, Rowhouse, Triplex, Fourplex generally don’t have Strata documents – because there is no strata.
