Technology. We have deep backgrounds in information technology and have invested heavily in technologies to deliver success to our clients or save them money. Examples include: sophisticated digital marketing tools, extensive use of proprietary data analytics not available to other Realtors ®, drones for aerial photography, laser measurement tools, expensive moisture and radon detection equipment which can highlight problems even before the expense of an inspection is incurred. Deep knowledge about houses and their condition, coupled with the patience to exhaustively research properties and the market, allows me to match people with their dream homes! My clients are uniformly happy with my service and very loyal. Call me and see the difference for yourself!

Real estate is a complex business with many facets, and I understand how stressful buying or selling can be. I am patient and empathetic, and really strive to make a difference for the better in my clients’ lives. I am not a traditional sales person, focused on making a quick buck by making a sale … My background is 25 years in software development, therefore I have the knowledge to use all the tools available today for inquiring databases/run reports/marketing/etc. I truly care about my clients’ happiness and willing to invest the time and effort required! I measure my success by the relationships I build as a result.

My clients’ loyalty stems from the excellent results I have delivered, regardless of whether they are buying or selling. My track record is a mix of deep knowledge of the market, hard work, paying attention to all the fine detail and patience! Ask me to show you results… you will be impressed.

Dana Balan speaks English, French and Romanian. She loves to play chess, travel, dance, bike ride, hike, skate, ski and enjoy the beautiful BC outdoors.

MEET AMAR SHAN

My passion for real estate and knowledge of the market coupled with extensive education and absolute integrity guarantee superb results for my clients. Read on to see why…

I possess a strong entrepreneurial streak. After completing 4 advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computing Science and Business, I entered the wonderful world of startups as part of the senior management team and co-founder. After we sold one company for over a billion dollars and another for nearly $300 million, I was ready for a change!

Real estate has always fascinated me. I love houses and the dynamics of the market… and a very strong background in data analytics and negotiation has enabled me to generate stellar results for my clients. Amar would be happy to share his track record!

Amar Shan speaks English & French. My leisure time is spent flying, sailing, skiing, hiking and playing tennis, depending upon the season. I’m trained as a commercial pilot and a sailing instructor, and love spending time in the air or on the water! I think Vancouver is the greatest place in the world to live…
