• RT40 Townhouse Residential 40 Zone – This zone is intended for townhouse developments at a maximum density of 40 UPH. Minimum lot area 2,000 m2, lot width 30 m, average lot depth 30 m.
• RT50 Townhouse Residential 50 Zone – This zone is intended for townhouses or a combination of townhouses and low rise apartment
  buildings developed at a maximum density of 50 UPH. Minimum lot area 1.5 ha, lot width 80 m, average lot depth 150 m.
• RT62 Townhouse Residential 62 Zone – This zone is intended for townhouse developments at a maximum density of 62 UPH. Minimum lot area 2,000 m2, lot width 30 m, average lot depth 30 m.
• RT76 Townhouse Residential 76 Zone – This zone is intended for townhouse developments at a maximum density of 76 UPH. Minimum lot area 2,000 m2, lot width 30 m, average lot depth 30 m.
• RA20 Apartment Residential 20 Zone – This zone is intended for low rise apartment developments at a maximum density of 20 UPH. Minimum lot area 1,100 m2, lot width 30 m, average lot depth 30 m.
• RA112 Apartment Residential 112 Zone – This zone is intended for low-rise apartment developments at a maximum density of 112 UPH. Minimum lot area 2,000 m2, lot width 30 m, average lot depth 30 m.
• RA120 Apartment Residential 120 Zone – This zone is intended for low rise apartment developments at a maximum density of 120 UPH. Minimum lot area 2,000 m2, lot width 30 m, average lot depth 30 m.
