• Dear Lake Park in a lovely setting invites you to visit the Art Galery or Herritage Village, enjoy a great meal at Hart House restaurant. Vancouver symphony offers an annual concert under the sky! Beautiful garden, small beach, boating, trail around the lake.
• Burnaby Mountain Park offers scenic views of Vancouver, wood sculptures, picnic areas and hiking trails.
• Central Park with 8.5 km of trails and 2 ponds hosts playground, picnic area, sports activities and stadium, summer pool.
• Barnet Marine Park provides great views of the Indian Arm & Deep Cove, beach area, picnic area, off leash dog area.
• Fraser Forshore Park features a long trail along Fraser River suitable for walking and biking, picnic areas, playground.
• Byrne Creek Ravine Park is great for hiking, lots of stairs.
