DELTA Zoning Bylaw
(A1) This District provides for farming, truck gardening, orchard or nursery cultivation, greenhouses and similar uses, and encourages the holding of land in large parcels.
A1 Agriculture Zone – This zone is intended for farming, breeding pets, kennels and related uses. The minimum lot size that may be created by subdivision is 8 ha subject to approval under the Agricultural Land Commission Act if applicable.
A2 Golf Course and Agriculture Zone – This zone is intended for golf courses in addition to farming, breeding pets, kennels and
related uses. The minimum lot area of a lot which may be created by subdivision is 8 ha.
A3 Urban Interface Agriculture Zone – This zone is intended for soil-based farming and related uses. Subdivision is not permitted in this zone.
