According to the release of the Statistics on September 15, 2022 by Commercial Edge, Lower Mainland’s BC Commercial Multifamily market sees fewer transactions in the second quarter of 2022.

There were 125 multifamily land sales in the Lower Mainland in 2021, which is up 71.2 per cent from 73 sales in 2020. The dollar value of multifamily sales was $1.58 billion in 2021, a 33.9 per cent increase from $1.18 billion in 2020.
